Ravenheim Homestead began with a simple need. When Vanessa developed a coconut allergy during her pregnancy, finding safe soap and skincare became nearly impossible. So she started making her own — and before long, friends and family were asking for it too. What began as necessity quickly grew into a passion, and eventually, a business.

Along the way, Vanessa was diagnosed with POTS, a condition that brought new challenges into daily life. Crafting and baking became more than hobbies — they became a grounding, creative release that helped her manage stress and stay connected to the things that bring her joy.

As she continued creating, her handmade décor, art, and clothing naturally became part of the homestead. Baking, something she cherished doing with her grandmother, followed soon after. People had always asked if her treats were for sale, so adding baked goods felt like the perfect next step.

Today, every product you see is made by hand, shaped by lived experience, resilience, and the joy of creating for others. Ravenheim Homestead is a place where comfort, creativity, and heart come together — one loaf, one bar, one handmade piece at a time.
